Device Description
The Conveyor dryer is made of food-specific national standard 304 stainless steel. It is suitable for water removal after sterilization of high-low temperature meat products and vegetable product soft packaging products after air-drying sterilization. It is also suitable for surface water removal after vegetable cleaning. Through repeated turning and draining, and the upper high-pressure strong cold wind blowing, the flexible packaging completely achieves the effect of drying the surface water beads (the water stored in the wrinkles of the bag surface can also be dried).
Conveyor dryer can be connected with the sterilizer and vegetable washing machine and the speed is synchronized to form the production line. The upper fan is set to two rows. The power of each fan is 0.55KW (or 0.75kw fan can also be used according to customer requirements). The equipment is environmentally friendly and energy-saving.
Conveyor dryer features: Effectively remove water droplets on the surface of the material, greatly shorten the working time of labeling and packing, suitable for assembly line operations, and improve the automation of production. Equipment structure and performance characteristics
1. Frame body: The whole is made of SUS304 stainless steel, which meets the national food production safety standards;
2. Fan: The fan with large air volume, the distance between each group of fans and fan is 1m, the air drying efficiency is high, and the fan height can be adjusted freely according to different products.
3. stainless steel mesh cover: In order to prevent the product from being too light to be blown during air drying, punched stainless steel mesh cover is added in the empty space of the equipment, the product will only be flipped inside and will not be blown out. The protective cover can be removed for easy cleaning. (customized according to requirements)
4. Transmission system: It is mainly composed of transmission chain, transmission sprocket, bearing seat, drive shaft, driven shaft and mesh belt. The mesh belt is driven by each driven shaft. The belt has no tension and improves the mesh belt. The service life is convenient for disassembly and maintenance. There are curtains on both sides of the mesh belt to protect the product from being squeezed and damaged. For too many dead corners of the product, it is necessary to flip the mesh belt several times, so as to achieve better air drying effect; Each time the chain is driven independently, the chain tension is reduced and the service life is extended.
5. electronic control system
The control system is integrated with the equipment. There is a frequency conversion reducer inside, and the speed is adjustable. The speed reducer drives the transmission chain to operate, so that it is brought to the mesh belt for operation.
6. The discharge end of the equipment is added with a curtain and a stainless steel baffle at the feeding end to prevent the material from running outside. The discharge port can better gather the product.
7. the equipment is generally equipped with two types of mesh belt: stainless steel mesh chain, PP chain plate, stainless steel mesh chain applications are mostly bagged products, not afraid of falling and not afraid of touching products, nylon chain plate is suitable for bulk, vulnerable products, It acts as a buffer when blanking, preventing damage to large products.
